Abstract
A concept of smart health-safe building was created, where health-safe smart buildings integrate various technologies to promote healthy environments, mitigate adverse health outcomes, and enhance safety performance. Defining a health-safe smart building should proceed from the desired benefits and their features, and move step by step, through functions enabling the features of the building, towards technologies required to make the functions and features of smart health-safe building real.
