Abstract

A high-temperature capillary electrophoretic apparatus and a method for on-line analysis of a sample obtained directly from the process. The apparatus is pressurised and thermostated so that the sample is maintained substantially at its original temperature, i.e. above 60 Degrees C, over the entire duration of the analytic process.
