Abstract
The main objectives of FOTON project are to study how foreign takeovers of firms in the Nordic countries affect local innovation capabilities and how this issue is approached by policy makers. FOTON is made up of three modules:
1. Summary and Policy Recommendations,

3. Corporate innovation activities, does ownership matter? The CIS Study Report.
