Abstract

This paper describes impacts of and experiences from two co-creative innovation environments, the SmartRail Ecosystem and Mobility Lab Helsinki. These innovation environments are investigated and compared to see what similarities and differences the environments have, and furthermore, what kinds of gained benefits and other impacts the environments have produced for different actors. The paper discusses how impacts of ecosystems and enabling innovation collaboration can be evaluated and what is the value of co-creation environments.
