Abstract
This paper aims to revise Innovative Air Mobility from the perspective of rural logistics operations and to identify key considerations as an initial step in examining that specific aspect of operations. Reviewing and identifying stakeholders is a crucial part of this process because understanding them aids in initial planning, developing business models, and engaging with those stakeholders. The work does not intend to list rural logistics operations or justify their needs, as many publications cover that topic. Instead, it provides a holistic overview designed to help understand the entire knowledge domain based on available official documents, project deliverables and peer-reviewed studies. The primary limitation of this work is its focus on European regulations and the deliverables of research projects. Consequently, the paper outlines five key focus areas, highlights specific characteristics relevant to rural logistics operations, and provides a comprehensive list of stakeholders relevant to this context.
