Abstract
A new command language is presented, which offers a convenient environment for experimental image processing. Such data types as lines, regions, picture files and picture sets can be manipulated by a few keystrokes using effective expressions. An experimental pictorial information system is an essential part of the package. It contains, for instance, possibilities to attach alphanumeric information to pictures and to browse through all required information in a picture set. The interface language is easily expandable so that implementation of features meeting new specific needs causes no difficulties.
