Abstract
The technical and social knowledge management activities in construction industry are discussed. The knowledge management software helps organize the numerous documents in a construction organization. Social communities do various knowledge sharing activities by sharing their experiences in informal gatherings. The extensive knowledge sharing and management activities help to increase the intellectual capital of an organization.
