    Abstract

The Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Life Cycle Profit (LCP) analysis is a systematic approach aimed at calculating the costs, profits and profitability of an investment over its entire life span. At present, many companies such as VTT Automation are finding that this tool is very valuable during the design phase of a project in order to determine the most cost-effective solutions before substantial costs are incurred.
