    Abstract

    Mahiti Infotech is an Indian software SME which has very successfully utilized open source software (OSS) to overcome innovation barriers and upgrade in the software value chain. VTT conducted a case study of open innovation processes at Mahiti Infotech. The objective was to better understand how OSS has helped the case company to improve its innovative capability and differentiate from competitors.
