    Abstract

    The report deals with the overall structural design of a hydraulic six legged machine used for studying possible applications of legged vehicles in natural environments, like forests. The control, software and algorithmic structures of the machine, as well as the main mechanical solutions used in designing the legs and their positions in the body are described.
