Abstract

The invention generally relates to the use of organic materials in the manufacture of thin-film transistors and to the utilization of thin-film transistors thus produced. In particular, the invention utilizes certain electrical conductivity properties of organic thin-film transistors and demonstrates how the correct choice of materials and manufacturing methods can lead to the utilization of organic thin-film transistors, even in entirely new areas.
