Abstract
Method for utilizing the heat energy contained in the gaseous medium removed from a drying unit of a paper-producing machine comprises feeding the gaseous medium from the drying unit by heating the paper in a hood section located in front of the acquisition site (22). An independent claim is also included for a system for utilizing the heat energy contained in the gaseous medium removed from a drying unit of a paper-producing machine. Preferred Features: The gaseous medium from the drying unit is fed into a sieving and pressing unit (12).
