Abstract
Senior Housing in Finland is a developing business area
where new service innovations are possible. In the
article one possible methodology to analyse the
development is presented. It is based on categorised
services that may be part of the product. The empirical
data shows services have been genuine part of the senior
house concept only within two latest years.
