Abstract
Monessa suomalaisessa kaupungissa seisoo teknisesti hyväkuntoisia rakennuksia tyhjillään. Ne ovat aikanaan palvelleet kouluina, terveyskeskuksina, virastoina tai toimistoina – mutta nyt ne odottavat uutta käyttötarkoitusta. Muuttoliike, Sote-uudistukset ja palveluverkkopäätökset ovat jo johtaneet siihen, että esimerkiksi yhä useammat terveyskeskukset ja koulut jäävät vaille käyttöä. Mitä näille rakennuksille pitäisi tehdä?
