    Abstract

Game-like applications and playful service concepts can be one solution when challenging people to practise physical exercises. The key research question in the concept development is how to motivate people to exercise sports, to receive and share information related to their overall wellbeing and to change their health-related behaviours. These questions are tackled in this paper. Also, a concept for a mobile fitness application for the ageing population is introduced.
