    Abstract

    This article studies the multi-actor collaboration in the service innovation using the concept of ServPPINs (Public-Private Innovation Network in Services). It adresses new collaborative mechanisms in which the solutions to societal problems are based on the integration of technological and service based novelties, and which appreciate partnerships, negotiation and trust between multiple kinds of actors. The study focuses on service innovation in the environmental and energy sector.
