    Abstract

In this work flexible organic FETs are studied. The flexographic (FLEXO) and GRAVURE printing method are used for manufacture of polymer elements for the device. The main component geometry used in this study is the thin film transistor and the printing methods are used primarily for manufacture of electrode and dielectric layers using solutions of polyaniline and polyhydroxystyrene, in toluene and pentanol respectively. The FLEXO and GRAVURE printing methods are studied as they allow for low-cost fabrication using organic material in solution. The process is also easily scaled for high volumes.
