Abstract

Generic service platforms are rapidly evolving technology. New mobile devices are introducing new features, which could be used to offer advanced services to a large customer base. This paper focuses on our experiences on developing human-assisted services for different user devices on-top-of experimental software agent platform. Service development work is eased using proxy-based communication, which allows rapid service construction without burdening developers with technical details of user devices and agent system internals such as protocols, synchronisation and security.
