Abstract
The present invention relates to novel isoprene synthase and a manufacturing method of isoprene using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to polynucleotides for coding novel isoprene synthase derived from Elaeocarpus photiniifolius and Mangifera indica, to a recombinant cell in which each of the polynucleotides is introduced, and to a manufacturing method of isoprene using the same. The isoprene synthase of the present invention has the high productivity of isoprene, thereby being efficiently used for isoprene biosynthesis and a process of manufacturing an isoprene polymer using the same.
