Olive residue pelleting

    Abstract

    Two kinds of raw materials were experimented, ground and dried olive stones, and ground and dried residues from olive oil pressing. In addition, a blend of both raw materials were applied. The quality of produced pellets was evaluated against SFS-EN ISO 17225-6 (A and B) standard.
