On the LTCC characterization in millimeter-waves

    Abstract

    General considerations of the characterization of material properties of low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) are given.
    The appropriate method for millimeter-wave application is chosen and discussed. Based on measurements, the material parameters of several LTCC systems are estimated.
