Abstract
Computerised trading systems range from simple consumer
oriented shopping systems to ones implementing
complicated multiphase negotiation protocols for
business-to-business commerce. The Open Electronic
Trading (OET) system addresses the needs of the latter
category combining workflow techniques to
inter-organisational EDIFACT messaging.
