    Abstract

In the FP7 project CONSORTIS, a dual-band passive imager is being developed for security applications. The latter is based on bolometer based kinetic inductance detectors operating at two frequency bands to improve the collection of thermal information. These bolometric detectors rely on a frequency selective absorber (FSA) to achieve the two bands. In this contribution, we describe the optimization of the FSA and focal plane architecture to achieve imaging of a full body with high sensitivity (<;1K) and large frame rate (10Hz).
