Abstract
A scientific-technical cooperation seminar between Soviet Union and
Finland was hold under the title "Production line automation in the concrete
element factories" on 24 August 1989 at Technical Research Centre of Finland.
The themes in the seminar were "The automation of a concrete element plant",
"Concrete mixing plant automation", "Quality assurance in the Finnish concrete
industry", "Design and construction systems for industrialized building
production", "Major trends in development of automated precast reinforced
concrete production lines in the USSR", "Automated rotary conveyer lines" and
"Basic principles of hardening control automation".In this symposium
sympication the seven papers involving the results of automation in concrete
element factories and design and construction systems for industrialized
building production have been presented.
