Abstract

This document is the Final Report of the study on "Public Support Measures for Connected and Automated Driving" developed within the Framework contract no. ENTR/300/PP/2013/FC. Studies have emphasised that themarket size for Connected and Automated Driving(C&AD) is increasing, with revenueestimatesfrom autonomous driving, connected services, and safety measures reaching 147 billion by 2022. It is clear thatC&AD hasa significantmarket potential inthe near future. The countries involved in this study include EU Member States, specifically France, Germany, Italy, Spain,Sweden and the United Kingdom. Outside of Europe, the study includes the USA, Japan, South Korea andChina.
