Abstract

Architect and Research Scientist Yrjö Tuppurainen of the Building Laboratory of the Technical Research Centre of Finland, VTT, at Oulu describes in his CIB Paris ‘89 paper the well defined steps required to establish the viability of renovating existing buildings.
