Abstract
Paper presents a RAMS-model for improvement of
availability performance in Mobile Work Machines. It is
based on idea of combining reliability data received
component manufacturers and use history with data from
accelerated laboratory testing and virtual testing. The
management of reliability issues in such machines is
difficult due to their special characteristics such as
varying loads, demanding operational conditions and small
manufacturing series.
