    Abstract

The classification of GMP's contained use is based on a phased risk assessment. The assessment, which is performed by the applicants, is aimed to define the isolation requirements needed to prevent harmful environmental impacts. The need for a systematic, reliable and transparent approach in the risk assessment of the contained use of GMPs has been identified. This poster aims to describe a method, GMPCURA, which is especially meant to be a tool for an applicant to perform a risk assessment as is described in the Commission Decision 2000/608/EC.
