Abstract
In this review we have collected extended abstracts of
some of the most important public research and
development results in Transport Telematics or
Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) at VTT Technical
Research Centre of Finland during the last few years.
While development and deploymentof ITS is advancing
rapidly, these examples to some extent reflect the key
research and deployment challenges of today.
