    Abstract

Description of a computer program which computes predictions of operability time for ships in a seaway is given. The calculations are based on frequency transfer functions of the different ship responses to waves and proceeded in a seaway using operability limiting response criteria which are partly stored in the program and partly to be defined by the user. Guidelines and principles for selecting the operability limiting criteria are given in the program manual. The manual also includes descriptions of input and output procedures and an example of a complete computer run. The program is written for MicroVax II/VMS computer in Fortran 77 programming language.
