    Abstract

In the near future, the way of using the Internet is changing. The Internet and services are available for millions of small mobile terminal devices - with different kind of hardware e.g. processor, memory and bandwidth than current desktop computers. Additionally, different network technologies make things a bit more complicated particularly because of heterogeneous networks and devices. The heterogeneous networks, terminal devices, and their user interface raise new demands on services. Deploying an efficient service and resource discovery mechanism can solve many of these challenges
