This paper describes work on supporting the sales and service life cycle phase on one-of-e-a kind product. The IMS-Globemen "Global Engineering and Manufacturing in the Enterprise Networks" project addresses the inter-enterprise integration and collaboration in a global setting. Three industrial cases are presented demonstrating work being done to enhance inter enterprise collaboration.
