The differences between countries in road weather information system adoption are discussed. In addition, different models of combining road weather related services and content are looked at to gain an insight into how to best realize the benefits of road weather information. The potential of combining services and content from different sources in improving the quality of the information and make it more accessible to a greater group of end-users is also estimated.
