Abstract
The international symposium Textiles and Composites '92
was organized in
Tampere on June 15 - 18, 1992 by
the Textile Laboratory of the Technical Research Centre
of Finland VTT. The
symposium themes were:
- new special fibres - composite materials - functional
clothing.
Altogether more than 50 papers were presented by authors
from 13 countries. The
papers covered reviews of
markets and research in the different fields, as well as
a large spectrum of
basic and applied research results
from different companies and institutions. In addition,
business logistics and
electronic data interchange as well
as standardization in the textile and clothing field were
covered.
