Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate potential effects of product data carrier technologies such as Near Field Communication (NFC) on thermomechanical recyclability of plastic food packaging. The study is in alignment with EU targets on Digital Product Passport for traceability of reusable and recyclable packaging.
