Abstract

The EURAD-2 European Partnership on Radioactive Waste Management is addressing waste management safety, technology, science and knowledge management to advance solutions supporting Member States with pre-disposal and disposal issues. The partnership benefits from worldwide cooperation, including cooperation between EU and USA research community and waste management organizations. The results will continue to be shared through public events such as free monthly lunch-and-learn webinars, the annual workshop each autumn and hundreds of public deliverable outcomes. All interested parties who would like more information about EURAD-2 are welcome to register to the Stakeholder network via the partnership’s website [1] to directly receive information and invitations. The consortium is open to additional parties joining the future work packages that will start in autumn 2026.
