    Abstract

    In a research program on ultrasonic transducers. PVDF has been used for structures needing thinness, flexibility and low acoustic impedance. The specific applications described include focused conical transducers for NDT, array transducers for medical holographic B-scan imaging and transmitters/ receivers for zetapotential measurements in colloidal suspensions.
