Abstract
The growing momentum behind Cloud-based solutions has created many opportunities for change in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry today. The main challenge for companies is that customers pay for processes that they perceive to add no value or to be unproductive. Inefficiency is viewed as the main factor that limits a company’s ability to leverage the economies of scale necessary for Cloud deployment. Lean Thinking is seen as the key approach to proactively improve productivity and efficiency of operations.
