N2 - This deliverable includes the final results of
work-package WP43 "Time-dependent vulnerability for
systems at risk", that is part of sub-project SP4 "Models
for multi-sectoral consequences". The work-package WP43
builds upon the results of WP41 "Existing Models
harmonization" and, together with the results of WP42
"Cascade Effects on Crisis-Dependent Space-Time Scales",
contributes to provide the "new models" to be integrated
for use in simulation purposes of the CRISMA framework.
The results of WP43, as well as of WP42, feed the
decision-support and simulation model that is developed
in WP44. The new models developed within SP4 are to be
integrated in the CRISMA framework in collaboration with
sub-project SP3 "Integrated Crisis Modelling System" and
will be tested and refined situation-specifically by
pilot applications in SP5.
