Abstract
The existing solutions for residential networks have
focused on connecting certain types of home appliances to
a home network (e.g., A/V devices). The work presented
here suggests an IP based solution for wireless
residential network, which is comparable to existing
local area networks for public and private organizations.
The wireless residential network utilizes heterogeneous
wireless technologies and unites the differences with
IPv6 and middleware layers.
