WP6 Strategic research environment: Periodic report of 2nd year

The work during FCEP period M13-M24 contained the search of the new site, negotiations with estate holders and local authorities etc. At the same time the efforts have been made to organize the financing for the new laboratory, as the budget expanded to multiple of that in the FCEP program plan. Technical planning of the laboratory and its equipment was promoted as well. Because this work must have been done without the exact knowledge of the site and layout of the new laboratory, certain correctives to VTT's detailed plan are still necessary.
