    Abstract

Cobots (collaborative robots) are safer than industrial robots due to ligthweight, slow speed, internal safety functions and impact detection. Due to the safe image cobots are applayed in critical applications.Cobots work often close to humans and therefore risk assessment is more demanding for cobots. Hazards can be related e.g. to tools, sharp edges, heavy loads, etc. Impact to head is critical and it needs to be considered carefully.
